artsASTRAY kicked off the new year at the World Juniors Hockey Tournament, creating the “2012 WJHC Legacy Collection” - nineteen mural-sized paintings that captured and commemorated highlights of the championship games. These paintings have since proven to become valuable memorabilia to hockey fans and art lovers alike. It was an exciting time, in which artsASTRAY proved to the international community that Alberta artists pose an incredible amount of artistic talent and creative drive. Thanks so much to our amazing scenic artists who contributed to the immense success of this project: Dawna Mark, Jessie Johnson, William Downey and Geoff Mackay. What a team!
